WINTER ARTS & NATURALIST WEEKEND

February 17 - 19, 2017

Pine Mountain Settlement School transforms into a wonderland during the winter. Join us for a family-friendly weekend of hiking and bird walks, weaving on an antique loom and making corn shuck dolls. You can also enjoy the art of folk dancing and storytelling.

The weekend includes home-cooked Appalachian style meals beginning with dinner at 6 pm on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday, 2 nights lodging, and all program.

Rates
Cost is $225 for an adult and $125 for children ages 6-12. Children age 5 and under are free.

Lodging
Visitors may stay in dormitory or cottage-style housing. Bathrooms are shared. Single rooms available upon request.

Meals
Homegrown vegetables are served as much as possible. Vegetarians options are available with advance notice.

Advance Deposit
A non-refundable advance deposit of $50.00 per person is required at the time of registration and will apply to the total cost of the event. Lodging is not guaranteed without deposit.
