Fall Arts Weekend — Weaver's Choice Weaving Workshop

Pat Begley, Settlement School staff member, will teach the "Weaver's Choice" workshop. Participants can select to focus on one of three types of weaving: pattern weaving, rag weaving or loopers (made from remnants of sock tops). Everyone will work on projects to take home: wall hangings, rugs, placemats, or table runners. All materials are provided. Those who want to work on rag rug projects may bring their own material.
The workshop is for beginning- and intermediate-level students.
Rates
Cost of the weaving workshop is$240, which includes workshop materials, tuition, meals including Friday supperthrough Sunday lunch, snacks, and lodging.
Lodging
Students will stay in dormitory-style accommodations, with shared bath. Bed linens and towels are furnished. All Pine Mountain Settlement School buildings are smoke-free. No pets or firearms are allowed on campus.
Meals
Meals are served in the Laurel House dining hall. Vegetarian meals are available upon request.
Advance Deposit
A non-refundable advance deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of registration and will apply to the total cost of your reservations. Lodging is not guaranteed without deposit.
