The following rate schedule applies to all visitors
and groups of twenty-five or more* who do not participate
in the Environmental Education program.

*Groups with fewer than 25 may call the School for pricing.

2011-12 Rate Schedule for Environmental Education Groups

Rates will increase at the end of the 2011-12 school year.
The following rate schedule applies to overnight groups of twenty-five or more participating in the Environmental Education program during the 2011-12 school year.

2011-12 Package Rates
Rates are calculated per person and included charges for meals, lodging and tuition* Rates are based upon arriving and departing at a meal time. If you have classes before your first meal or after your last meal, it may change the package prices slightly to cover additional tuition costs. Please call to verify pricing if you have any questions.

5 Day/4 Night Stay
Student costs:
11 meals — $165.75 (using our linens), $157.75 (bringing own linens)
12 meals — $177 (using our linens), $169 (bringing own linens)
13 meals — $188 (using our linens), $180.25 (bringing own linens)

Teacher/adult costs (limited to 1 per 10 students):
11 meals — $52.25

Groups of Less than 25
The following rate schedule applies to overnight groups of less than twenty-five participating in the Environmental Education program.

It is not feasible for PMSS to operate the kitchen for groups under our 25-person minimum. PMSS will provide meals to groups of less than 25 by charging the difference in meal cost using the following schedule.

Additional Meal Cost

Use the chart above to calculate student and adult costs and then use this schedule to calculate the additional meal cost. Subtract the total group number from 25 and multiply the difference by the amount in this column that pertains to your group's visit

(Example: 15 students, 2 teachers, 3 additional adults for a 6 meal, 3 day/2 night stay would be a total group size of 20 which would leave a difference of 5 to be multiplied by $28.50 and added to student/adult charges from above.)

5 Day/4 Night Stay:
11 meals — $52.25
12 meals — $57.00
13 meals — $61.75

4 Day/3 Night Stay:
8 meals — $38.00
9 meals — $42.75
10 meals — $47.50

3 Day/2 Night Stay:

One Day Rate
The following rates apply to groups participating in our program for one day only.

$14.75 Per student (including noon meal)
$10 Per student (no meal included)
$4.75 Teacher/adult (including noon meal)
No charge Teacher/adult (no meal included)

No adjustments will be made to package rates for individuals.


* Additional fees may be charged to groups participating in craft classes to supplement the cost of materials.
