Learn how to make a bow, arrow, and finger tab with author, illustrator, and master bowyer Dave Mead. In this two day workshop, participants will learn how to build a unique composite primitive bow, build an arrow with ancient style composite nocks, and learn how to effectively use their new tackle in many positions/situations. Participants receive all instruction, bow/arrow kit, two nights lodging, Friday supper, Saturday breakfast, lunch, supper, and Sunday breakfast and lunch.
Cost is $299 per adult.
Lodging is provided on Friday and Saturday nights. Visitors may stay in dormitory or cottage-style housing. Bathrooms are shared. Single rooms available upon request.
Meals are provided from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Homegrown vegetables are served as much as possible. Vegetarians options are available with advance notice.
